I concentrate exclusively on the Character and Fitness portion of the Texas bar admission process. This dedicated focus means I understand the common pitfalls and frequent questions that applicants face—and I’m ready to guide you step by step.
My approach is practical and results-oriented. I don’t just tell you what the rules say; I help you translate them into doable steps to address your unique situation—so you can apply with confidence.
I understand the demands on your time, whether you’re a busy student or a working professional. I offer flexible appointment options, including virtual or phone consultations, so we can meet at your convenience.
Per the Texas BLE website:
First-semester JD students at Texas law schools (“entrants”) must file a Declaration of Intention to Study Law according to the deadlines set out in Rule 6(b):
Failure to do so will result in a late fee as set out in the Appendix Fee Schedule. Late filing Declarants may file at any time prior to or concurrent with the filing of their In-State Application.
Navigating disclosures can feel overwhelming or even embarrassing. I provide a non-judgmental, confidential space to discuss your background. My goal is to help you proactively tackle any concerns and ease the emotional burden along the way.
Each person’s journey is different. I take the time to understand your specific worries—whether it’s an academic misconduct issue, financial challenges, or a criminal record—and create a customized plan to address them.
I provide specialized consulting for law students and attorneys preparing for the Character and Fitness portion of the Texas bar licensure process. Drawing on my experience, I review backgrounds, identify potential issues, and offer strategic guidance to help clients navigate disclosures with confidence. While I am not a licensed attorney and do not provide legal representation or guarantee any outcome, I do share proprietary resources (including templates) for informational purposes only. My goal is to equip you with the clarity and peace of mind needed to address the Character and Fitness requirements effectively.
If you have a family of 3 or more, are below the 80% income threshold, and are in need of services, reach out and we will take care of you.
Having worked as a licensure analyst for the Texas Board of Law Examiners, I’m confident in my ability to provide you unparalleled advice in this space. Join the nearly 600 law students and attorneys who have invested in their future and spared their peace of mind.
I look forward to working with you.
