These Terms govern your use of our Website and general interaction with SPM Consultations. •After First Appointment: No refunds will be issued once the first appointment has occurred.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
8.1 Confidential Information
Any information you submit for consulting purposes will be considered Confidential Information. Should that fail, any controversy or claim arising out of these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website or Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein immediately terminate.
